Responsibilities
Responsible for both the financial and schedule performance of the program
Sales forecasting, cash flow management, and performance to plan analytics
Developing integrated master plans and schedules in support of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Key contributor to the Program Controls team to foster continuous improvements
Developing and accurately maintaining integrated master/sub-project schedules, ensuring schedule logic is maintained (horizontal & vertical)
Consolidating cost and schedule data to calculate and analyze program performance
Developing ad hoc reporting and analysis to identify financial trends
Coordinating work activities with project team members and assisting in resolving schedule conflicts
Conducting detailed analysis of major Program Events
Working with the Program Manager to analyze and interpret performance data for monthly reporting
Working with the finance organization to ensure cost management policies are being maintained
Interpreting status for potential cost and/or schedule impacts
Requirements
At least 10 years’ relevant experience within planning, scheduling, cost management and financial control
Demonstrable knowledge of engineering, accounting or a related field through a degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Mastery level of scheduling within MS project (or equivalent), from initial schedule development through to program completion, and EVMS principles
Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrated through experience
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
Able to be onsite at Tewkesbury and Wolverhampton each week
