Cost Performance Analyst collaborating with stakeholders to manage costs and performance in retail supply chain. Developing cost estimation models and ensuring financial control targets are met.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute cost management strategies and performance targets within Supply Chain operations.
Develop and maintain accurate cost estimation models for various supply chain activities. Ensure accurate allocation of costs, adherence to financial controlling targets and proper tracking of expenses.
Perform cost variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and corrective action recommendations.
Prepare concise cost reports, dashboards, and presentations covering cost trends, forecasts, and key KPIs.
Partner with Supply Chain teams (Warehousing, Last Mile, Orders Fulfilment) to ensure alignment with cost objectives and continuous performance improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Management or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience in cost controlling, financial analysis, or supply chain performance management, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP, reporting tools).
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
Detail-oriented, structured, and results-driven approach.
