Responsibilities
Perform client database parameterization in the SOC system, following technical guidance, internal procedures and defined service proposals, ensuring that information is organized and ready for use in the eSocial event messaging process.
Conduct administrative checks and validation of SST registrations and information entered into the system, verifying data consistency and flagging inconsistencies to supervision or the responsible areas, with the aim of supporting the compliance of information used in government event submissions.
Generate reports in the SOC system to support the audit of entered information, identify pending items and organize the data necessary for corrections, always under the guidance of the technical team or area leadership.
Support the interface between internal areas, supervision and the client by requesting data, following up on responses and organizing pending information, in order to contribute to SST events being sent to eSocial within legal deadlines.
Provide administrative support to SST management, assisting in the operational relationship with the client company through the delivery of reports, recording of receipts and updating submission statuses, ensuring traceability, organization and control of information.
Support the monthly formalization of the completion of SST event messaging by organizing reports and records in the SOC system to ensure a transmission history and proof of submission to the government.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required and/or requested by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, in order to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Preferably currently enrolled in higher education (Administration, International Trade, Production Engineering and/or Logistics);
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience in administrative roles;
Advantage: knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety (SST); experience with eSocial event messaging;
Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility and commitment.
