About the role

  • Account Manager at Greenhouse Collective overseeing integrated advertising projects from brief to completion. Building relationships with clients and managing project resources in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Organises project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget (work with Workflow and Producer roles)
  • Identifies, anticipates and communicates any risk and scope issues internally
  • Proactively manages briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates
  • Actively monitor the competition and keeps the team informed on market trends and new competitor activity
  • Actively seeks to participate in internal training & external educational opportunities –particularly focused on agreed areas of development
  • Builds and nurtures great working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance
  • Develops a strong, trusted and respectful relationship with the Client’(s) external agency partners
  • Accurate and timely estimation of project costs & management of job profitability

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in Account Executive or Account Manager roles (Account Management or Project Management roles within a Creative or Comms Agency environment)
  • Worked in a multi disciplinary team environments
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and comms projects
  • Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, Digital incl Social Media
  • Business/Marketing/Technical Degree/Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
