About the role
- Project Manager planning and executing innovative events in the Pharma & Healthcare sector. Collaborating with teams to develop strategies and engage with clients in Munich or Berlin.
Responsibilities
- You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts — ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
- In your projects you build and maintain client relationships, provide tailored advice and lead project meetings.
- You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan your project teams’ resources.
- You prepare cost estimates, monitor budgets and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
- You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business training, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
- Confident communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented, structured working style, strong consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
