Benefits
Colleague-to-colleague respect: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decisions — here what matters is your ability, not your title.
Genuine flexibility: No core working hours, home office and, in many positions, location-independent work — for more freedom in your job.
Learning & development that’s enjoyable: Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform or LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
A culture that connects: Table football evenings, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel-good activities — for stronger community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — offering new and challenging experiences.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we provide access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters.
Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team actively engages in clean-up actions, donation projects, our MCI book club and more — because sustainable action is a commitment, not a trend.
Equality is a given: Fair pay bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our everyday reality.
An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a swing seat — we offer everything to help you reach your best potential. And yes: your furry friend is welcome!
More than just a salary: 30 days’ vacation (full-time), paid special leave, JobRad leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
Family-friendly culture: We know family comes first. Whether parental leave, daycare subsidies or short-term absences — we support you so you can be there for your family without compromising your career.
Exchange and networking for young professionals: Mentoring programs and regular peer meetups — for a strong start to your career and valuable connections.
