About the role

  • Lead and shape complex projects in live communications — nationally and internationally
  • Plan and coordinate complex workstreams
  • Conduct confident conversations with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Understand KPIs and be familiar with project revenue and budget planning
  • Work closely with colleagues from various departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent
  • 4–7 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency environment or a similar structure
  • Client focus & consulting: conduct confident client conversations and manage expectations transparently
  • Communication & rhetoric: present topics concisely and communicate clearly — in German and English
  • Organization & execution: structure, prioritize, and keep projects efficiently on track
