About the role

  • Project Manager planning and overseeing creative live experiences for national and international clients. Focusing on execution and building client relationships for events.

Responsibilities

  • As Project Manager (m/f/d), you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
  • You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts and ensure unique events and satisfied clients.
  • You build and develop client relationships within your projects, advise them according to needs and lead project meetings.
  • You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
  • You prepare quotes for new offers, monitor budgets and settle projects — including reporting and documentation.
  • You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
  • Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Affinity for and interest in AI
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
  • Willingness to travel
