Responsibilities
As Project Manager (m/f/d), you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts and ensure unique events and satisfied clients.
You build and develop client relationships within your projects, advise them according to needs and lead project meetings.
You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
You prepare quotes for new offers, monitor budgets and settle projects — including reporting and documentation.
You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or comparable qualification
Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Affinity for and interest in AI
Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
Willingness to travel
