Responsibilities
- As Project Manager (m/f/d), you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions.
- You take the lead in implementing creative event concepts and ensure unique events and satisfied clients.
- You build and develop client relationships within your projects, advise them according to needs and lead project meetings.
- You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
- You prepare quotes for new offers, monitor budgets and settle projects — including reporting and documentation.
- You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
- Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Affinity for and interest in AI
- Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Willingness to travel
