Benefits
Respectful collaboration: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what counts is what you can do, not your title.
Real flexibility: No core working hours, option to work from home and, in many positions, location-independent work — for more freedom in your job.
Learning & development that’s enjoyable: From Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform, to LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
Culture that connects: Foosball nights, team challenges, our large annual Celebrate event and regular feel-good activities — for greater community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — with constantly new and stimulating challenges.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we provide access to sessions with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team actively organizes cleanup actions, fundraising projects, our MCI book club and much more to support the environment and society — because sustainable action is an attitude, not a trend.
Equality as a given: We offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunities and diversity are practised here.
An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a swing chair — we provide everything to help you reach your best potential.
More than just a salary: 30 days’ vacation in full-time, paid special leave, JobRad bike leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket (Germany public transport pass) — so you get the support you want.
Family-friendly in practice: We know family comes first. Whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term leave — we support you so you can be there for your family without compromising your career.
