About the role

  • Supervisor Comercial responsible for client retention and activation in post-sales for a fleet management company. Leading the relationship team and ensuring client satisfaction across services.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary person responsible for customer retention and monetization of the client portfolio together with the post-sales team
  • Act as the primary person responsible for onboarding and activation of new company clients
  • Supervise the on-site Relationship team, SME Relationship team and Customer Support
  • Monitor the client service routine according to the monthly meeting schedule based on the ABC curve
  • Track billing trends and the volume of the client portfolio
  • Monitor the billing growth curve of clients during the onboarding/activation process
  • Hold meetings with the consultants team to follow up on activities
  • Periodically review work instructions with the team to ensure correct execution of tasks
  • Analyze performance indicators related to onboarding, activation, retention and monetization of the portfolio
  • Promote the sale of new products to portfolio clients
  • Monitor the progress of client-related requests, interacting with back-office areas to expedite client service
  • Develop and deliver training to the team related to client service
  • Monitor payment routines and clearing of accounts receivable to avoid improper operation blocks
  • Support the collections process to prevent operation blocks due to delinquency
  • Support the collections process for delinquent clients
  • Monitor processes for changes to client registration and/or commercial terms
  • Schedule visits or meetings with relevant clients or clients with other matters to address
  • Track the indicators on the targets spreadsheet

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s): Administration, Logistics, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Accounting, Public Relations or related fields
  • Postgraduate / MBA / Specialization preferred: Business Management, Business Administration or related areas
  • Availability to travel
