About the role

  • Manage technology for the Compliance & Ethics (C&E) organization
  • Execute strategic support functions such as finance, project management, continuous improvement, and change management
  • Solve complex problems and enable users to succeed
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships
  • Support C&E-wide strategic initiatives including communications, readiness, planning, and roll-out
  • Proactively partner with compliance teams to enhance compliance programs through vendor solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
  • 5+ years of financial services experience
  • 5+ years of experience with readiness and change management practices
  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
