Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Fulfillment to implement strategic priorities and operational plans.
Lead and develop a multi-site team of 300+ associates, ensuring fulfillment performance in order accuracy, productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
Oversee day-to-day operations and proactively mitigate risks across owned and 3PL fulfillment centers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on key metrics and financial performance, ensuring alignment with Sr. Director’s objectives.
Communicate operational priorities and updates clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline through coaching, development, and engagement at all levels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
Proven experience in fulfillment operations, preferably within eCommerce or multi-site environments.
Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) and fulfillment technologies.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects, including fulfillment center launches.
Knowledge of outbound freight and delivery networks (First, Middle, Last Mile) highly preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication skills.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and build collaborative relationships with a customer-focused mindset.
