Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Associates Degree (required)
1+ Years in outpatient Behavioral Health field and/or Social Support field
2+ Years in direct care management position conducting biopsychosocial assessments and care plan development (preferred)
Understanding of how to navigate the Federal and State programs.
Must possess a good understanding of disability, food stamps, and IHSS
Comfortable managing more than 80 patients
Bilingual (preferred)
