About the role

  • Global Experience Owner leading Talent Acquisition processes at Mars. Designing inclusive and tech-enabled hiring experiences in a global setting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the global TA process design and candidate experience strategy
  • Define the long-term service delivery model and transformation roadmap, aligned with digital and business priorities
  • Govern process standards and ensure global compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Digital Technologies, Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams to implement new platforms, automation, and analytics
  • Use data and feedback to evolve TA experiences and ensure consistent delivery across markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in HR or Talent Acquisition roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position
  • Proven ability to redesign and improve TA processes using digital solutions (AI, automation, Machine Learning)
  • Expertise in HR tech systems including Workday
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across global, matrixed organisations
  • Nice to have: Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environments
  • Background in process transformation or change management.
