About the role
- Director of Digital Transformation for Mars Pet Nutrition Europe guiding digital strategy across clusters. Collaborating with leaders to ensure alignment and impact in all digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the digital executive partner to the General Managers of the five PNE clusters
- Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Cluster Leads
- Translate regional strategy into actionable cluster roadmaps
- Own the full digital agenda for the PNE clusters
- Chair cluster-level digital governance boards
- Act as a trusted transformation leader for the PNE organization
- Ensure continuous improvement of digital operations across clusters
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise IT leadership
- Significant exposure to FMCG or global matrix organizations
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders, leading large cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise-scale programs
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to build business cases and manage digital investments
