About the role

  • Brand Manager supporting Brand Director in managing iconic fashion brands Ben Sherman and Bruno Magli at Marquee Brands. Collaborating on merchandising, marketing, and financial analysis while liaising with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with building and maintenance of the time and action calendar
  • Collaborate with licensees to manage: Product approvals, Sample procurement and organization, Go-To-Market assets such as line lists , line sheets , and campaign imagery
  • Execute & analyze business reporting for ecomm and retail businesses and circulate business updates internally
  • Assist with development of global go to market strategies
  • Maintain & update store distribution lists
  • Own Amazon reporting and forecasting in tandem with the marketplace team
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal teams such as marketing and PR teams on needs to support brand strategy and growth
  • Maintain merch inputs for the marketing team’s launch calendars
  • Own weekly Go-To-Market meetings held with marketing and creative
  • Procure and enter monthly, quarterly actuals and projections in relevant corporate files
  • Analyze financial information provided by licensees
  • Provide trademark proof of usage and maintain reporting
  • Assist with various tasks by liaising with the legal team, and own Bi-Monthly legal team touch bases
  • Own and maintain detailed trackers surrounding partner contracts and terms
  • Manage Royalty Zone Process End to End
  • Execute market research online and instore to identify opportunities and positioning within the market
  • Research prospective retail opportunities and prepare pitch decks
  • Schedule and own the agendas for internal bi-monthly and weekly touch bases internally
  • Schedule and own the agendas for quarterly business reviews with licensees
  • Schedule and own the agendas for partner meetings (ex. Design reviews)

Requirements

  • Must be in advanced in Microsoft excel and the entire Microsoft Suite , Adobe Suite and Canva
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 + years of experience in retail merchandising and/ or licensing.
