Customer Account Executive managing SaaS client relationships in Stuttgart. Focused on maximizing retention metrics and enhancing customer success through collaboration.
Responsibilities
Responsible for key customer metrics: GRR and NRR
Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships across the entire customer journey
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop smart retention strategies to minimize churn
Support customers from onboarding through active adoption to ongoing value realization
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs and product development
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, gather feedback and contribute insights
Monitor account health using CRM and analytics tools and provide KPI reporting to leadership
Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast expansions and ensure successful renewals and upsells
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in SaaS account management, Customer Success or roles focused on retention/expansion
Proven track record of improving GRR and NRR (or comparable metrics) in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Confluence is a plus
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and leverage relevant customer value drivers
Willingness to work in a flexible hybrid model and meet regularly on-site in Stuttgart
Fluent in German and English
