About the role

  • Senior Amazon Marketing Manager managing strategic and operational Amazon advertising activities for clients. Developing and optimizing marketing strategies focused on Amazon PPC, DSP, and Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Central role in the strategic and operational management of all Amazon advertising activities for our clients.
  • Develop, implement and continuously optimize marketing strategies on Amazon with a focus on Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on effective Amazon advertising strategies and data-driven optimization approaches.
  • Operate and manage specialized Amazon Advertising software to automate processes and increase efficiency.
  • Produce comprehensive analyses, reports and forecasts to optimize advertising budgets and maximize ROAS targets.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams, especially Content and Account Management.
  • Identify new trends and developments in the Amazon advertising landscape.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Communications) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on Amazon Ads and programmatic advertising.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven marketing and the ability to design and execute complex campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate large datasets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with relevant Amazon Advertising tools and solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Structured, proactive working style and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
