Responsibilities
Assume a central role in visual product communication
Conceptualize, design and optimize product images, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Stores for Amazon
Select and edit imagery while adhering to Amazon guidelines and conversion goals
Develop visual strategies to increase product presence and sales performance for our clients
Create briefs for photoshoots and coordinate with photographers and external service providers
Analyze and continuously optimize content performance using relevant KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, sessions, etc.)
Work closely with our Advertising and Key Account Management teams
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in graphic design, media design, communication design or a related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in e-commerce or within the Amazon environment
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools
Experience creating conversion-oriented content for digital platforms
A good eye for design, visual language and brand aesthetics
Ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken — additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
Able to work independently while also bringing team spirit and enthusiasm for shared success
