Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design and optimize product images, infographics, A+ Content and Brand Stores for Amazon
Select and edit imagery in accordance with Amazon guidelines and conversion goals
Develop visual strategies to increase product presence and sales performance for our clients
Prepare briefs for photoshoots and coordinate with photographers and external service providers
Analyze and continuously optimize content performance using relevant KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, sessions, etc.)
Work closely with our Advertising and Key Account Management teams
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design or a related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in e‑commerce or within the Amazon environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools
Experience producing conversion-oriented content for digital platforms
A good eye for design, visual language and brand aesthetics
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken — additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish are a plus
Ability to work independently while also contributing team spirit and enthusiasm for shared success
