Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support across multiple HR functions for all entities within the portfolio
Help ensure consistent processes, timely service, and compliance across the organization
Work closely with the HR Director, local managers, and Shared Services to handle employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, HR administration, and policy execution
Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns across assigned entities
Partner with the HR Director on recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data
Provide employee guidance during open enrollment and qualifying life events
Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
2+ years of progressive HR experience; experience level and scope may vary based on background
Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and HR compliance
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
