About the role
- Advocate handling strategic civil litigation for businesses in São Paulo. Building legal strategies and managing client relations in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Handle strategic civil litigation matters, representing companies in their defense;
- Draft procedural documents and appeals independently;
- Attend and conduct hearings at all levels of jurisdiction;
- Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and developing the best legal strategy to meet them.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) with active bar registration (OAB);
- Experience in strategic civil litigation;
- Postgraduate degree is a plus.
