Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events and brand experience initiatives aligned with the brand strategy;
Develop experiences that strengthen Maple Bear's market positioning and brand perception;
Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time delivery;
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners;
Lead negotiations with vendors and strategic partners;
Support the development of creative concepts and innovative formats for events and activations;
Oversee the execution of activities (pre-, during, and post-event), ensuring operational excellence;
Monitor results and recommend continuous improvements for initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields;
Previous experience with corporate events, brand experience, or institutional initiatives;
Experience in project management and controlling timelines and budgets;
Availability to travel;
Experience with franchise events or in the education sector.
