Responsibilities
Research and identify high-value leads across inbound/outbound channels using a modern stack of email, dialer, LinkedIn, and AI-driven intent signals to prioritize and personalize outreach at scale.
Architect and execute multi-channel outreach, leveraging AI to customize messaging.
Continuously experiment with AI tools and automation to prune manual tasks from your daily routine, increasing your "speed-to-lead" and overall productivity.
Engage with inbound leads and conduct strategic discovery to qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making timelines.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities in the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, lead status, and next steps within Salesforce to ensure total data integrity.
Work closely with Account Executives, the Manager of SDRs, and other sales team members to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment on account and prospecting strategies.
Stay at the forefront of sales technology. Participate in regular training to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and mastery of AI-forward prospecting workflows.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for leads generated, meetings booked, and sales opportunities created through a blend of strategic effort and scaled outreach.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role,
ideally in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to meet and exceed performance targets.
Experience with cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
A passion for technology and innovation, paired with a baseline understanding of AI tools and a curiosity for discovering new solutions to drive sales productivity.
