Requirements
- Strong knowledge of risk management tools, techniques, and methodologies
- 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management or a highly related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in effective oversight and challenge
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create effective presentations
- Knowledge of financial services/insurance business and related products
- Team player who is adept at working in a matrix environment
