About the role

  • Director of Sales Enablement at Manulife providing leadership for strategy and culture for sales teams. Equipping teams with tools and support to improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales Enablement.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Ensure initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and resourced appropriately.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing enablement team.
  • Participate in enterprise risk, compliance, and governance forums.
  • Support Sales leadership with strategy alignment and reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales leadership, enablement, or strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change and enablement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, ideally mortgage broker/advisor distribution.
  • Proven ability to build new functions and operating models.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influence skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including budget oversight.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment across a matrix organization.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred
  • Certification in Change Management or Project Management is preferred
