Responsibilities
Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sales Enablement.
Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
Ensure initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and resourced appropriately.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing enablement team.
Participate in enterprise risk, compliance, and governance forums.
Support Sales leadership with strategy alignment and reporting.
Requirements
10+ years in sales leadership, enablement, or strategy roles
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change and enablement programs.
Strong knowledge of financial services, ideally mortgage broker/advisor distribution.
Proven ability to build new functions and operating models.
Exceptional executive communication and influence skills.
Strong financial and business acumen, including budget oversight.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment across a matrix organization.
Bilingual (English/French) is preferred
Certification in Change Management or Project Management is preferred
