About the role
- Director of Regulatory Risk overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding organizational integrity. Collaborating with teams on regulatory impacts and enhancing oversight in governance.
Responsibilities
- Validate regulatory requirements are accurately reflected and traceable in Archer
- Provide advisory support to functional teams regarding regulatory impacts
- Deliver training, tools, and guidance for interpreting requirements and maintaining quality obligation documentation
- Collaborate with Technology and Risk teams to enhance Archer functionality
- Monitor regulatory issues, CAPs, and commitments ensuring timely remediation
- Identify and communicate emerging risk themes to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in compliance or a related field
- Three years of experience with MS tools/software
- Expert-level experience with Archer with the ability to configure workflows and manage complex data structures
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline or College Diploma in Business Administration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
