About the role
- Leading strategic execution and project management for Manulife’s Asia transformation initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own intake and lead implementation of Manulife’s Asia strategy
- Work with stakeholders to translate ambiguous opportunities into clear problem statements
- Build and maintain a comprehensive execution roadmap
- Lead day-to-day decisioning to maintain pace, remove blockers
- Facilitate the development of key metrics and indicators to track success of initiatives
- Oversee and manage execution of the plan, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Facilitate program initiatives Steering Committee for strategic alignment
- Shape and assist in business case building
- Maintaining program financials and associate investments
- Identify, manage key issues and risks in a timely manner
- Elevate the profile of strategic programs and initiatives within organization
- Motivate workstream leads to foster a collaborative and high performance culture
