About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for client relationships and high-impact campaigns at a creative agency. Collaborating closely with project teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships based on trust and clarity
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and key communications
  • Manage escalations and protect the agency’s position professionally
  • Translate client briefs into clear strategic direction internally
  • Align delivery teams on objectives, deliverables, and priorities
  • Ensure campaigns are executed to high creative and operational standards
  • Maintain oversight across timelines and major milestones
  • Ensure client briefs are translated into clear, digestible internal plans across stakeholders
  • Proactively monitor project status (timeline, budget, deliverables) and flag risks or delays
  • Maintain visibility across multiple projects simultaneously (typically 4–6 accounts depending on complexity)
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Proactively propose campaign extensions and new initiatives
  • Maintain visibility of pipeline opportunities within accounts
  • Contribute to new business efforts when needed
  • Explore potential new business opportunities through networking, events, and industry exposure (nice-to-have)
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth execution
  • Align with Procurement and Finance on cost control and payment flow
  • Partner with creatives and production teams to elevate campaign quality
  • Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure alignment on budget and execution quality
  • Contribute to overall project smoothness, ensuring strong collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and partners
  • Own project pricing, scope alignment, and margin protection
  • Manage change orders and prevent scope creep
  • Ensure billing milestones are triggered and aligned with delivery
  • Monitor project profitability in partnership with finance
  • Support cost optimization by identifying savings opportunities within project budgets
  • Participate in on-ground execution for events and activations when required
  • Be open to occasional travel within and outside Metro Manila for activations and shoots
  • Potentially support proposal creation and scope development as the role evolves

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Account Management, PR, and/or agency environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic project environments
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and common communication tools (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber)
  • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or external partners (especially for events or activations)
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability in managing projects end-to-end
  • Willingness to travel for events and activations when required
  • Basic financial awareness or experience in budget management / cost control is a plus
  • Preference for candidates with good character, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills (team fit is critical)
