Requirements
1+ years of successful talent acquisition experience
Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Thrive in a self-directed environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in German, Swedish or Dutch (both written and verbal), with professional fluency in English.
