Senior Subscription Manager managing subscription strategies at mammaly, focusing on customer experience and engagement for premium pet supplements.
Responsibilities
You will take strategic responsibility for our subscription business and develop and manage our medium- and long-term subscription roadmap.
You will own and optimize the entire subscriber journey – from onboarding through retention to win-back and loyalty.
You will take ownership of key subscription KPIs such as Retention, LTV and MRR and ensure their sustainable development.
You will ensure the implementation of our cross-functional subscription initiatives and be responsible for strategic alignment with stakeholders, management and C-level.
You will develop automated and personalized subscriber flows (email, SMS) together with the CRM team.
You will design and analyze A/B tests for pricing, offers and incentives, and derive concrete optimizations.
You will improve our self-service subscription management experience.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in subscriptions, CRM, retention, lifecycle or DTC growth.
Proven experience building or scaling subscription models, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience with subscription KPIs, cohort analyses and data-driven decision making.
Experience managing and delivering cross-functional projects with teams from Marketing, Product, Tech, SCM, CRM and CS.
High technical affinity and the ability to quickly learn new tools and topics.
Strong hands-on mentality as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with high ownership.
Fluent German and English.
