- Own special projects from concept to execution and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Contribute to operational excellence, optimize processes, and track KPIs

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset – hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Passion for startups and ideally an ambition to become a founder one day
