About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the entire procurement process for raw materials and finished goods
- Establish new supplier relationships and grow existing ones
- Operational procurement, including placing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and verifying invoices
- Manage service levels and supplier performance, including delivery planning and total cost analysis
- Organize and optimize processes at both strategic and operational levels
- Utilize existing digital systems and apply expert-level Excel analysis skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; alternatively, an equivalent vocational qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup or in management/strategy consulting
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness, while remaining fair
- Resilient, highly motivated, and structured
- Team player with confident communication skills in German and English
- Permanent residence in Berlin.
