About the role

  • Einkäufer responsible for procurement processes and supplier relationships at mammaly, a leading pet supplement startup in Germany. Focused on operational efficiency and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the entire procurement process for raw materials and finished goods
  • Establish new supplier relationships and grow existing ones
  • Operational procurement, including placing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and verifying invoices
  • Manage service levels and supplier performance, including delivery planning and total cost analysis
  • Organize and optimize processes at both strategic and operational levels
  • Utilize existing digital systems and apply expert-level Excel analysis skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; alternatively, an equivalent vocational qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup or in management/strategy consulting
  • Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness, while remaining fair
  • Resilient, highly motivated, and structured
  • Team player with confident communication skills in German and English
  • Permanent residence in Berlin.
