About the role

  • Key Account Manager leading strategic relationships with Tier 1 accounts at Malt, Europe's top freelance marketplace. Driving long-term vision and integration for clients' talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Malt’s relationship with Tier 1 accounts in Spain
  • Move beyond operational management to become a high-level strategic partner
  • Define the long-term vision for your portfolio and ensure integration into client strategies
  • Transform Master Service Agreements into multi-year partnerships across complex corporate structures
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level stakeholders and lead high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of national contracts, focusing on renewals and expansion
  • Conduct business development to identify high-growth potential areas within corporate hierarchies
  • Lead internal resources to deliver bespoke solutions for Tier 1 clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years of significant experience in Strategic Account Management or Management Consulting
  • Proficiency in sales frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar)
  • Fluent communicator in both Spanish and English
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million euro portfolios.
  • Strong negotiation skills capable of leading complex discussions to secure long-term agreements.
  • Methodological expertise to apply the MEDDIC framework with precision.
  • High-level strategic insights to shape long-term plans and influence executive decisions.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated leadership abilities for driving strategic initiatives.
