Responsibilities
Define and deploy Malt’s European corporate PR strategy with a focus on the UK market.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-tier journalists and specialist media.
Develop executive thought leadership and media positioning for the CEO and "Malt X" spokespersons.
Craft compelling narratives and write high-impact papers, op-eds, and briefings that align with business priorities.
Manage the communication agency relationship to ensure Malt maintains DNA ownership while driving media clippings.
Coordinate media activities including interviews, press events, and ecosystem associations (Tech, HR).
Support institutional relations and navigate sensitive or crisis communications when required.
Requirements
Ideally educated to a high level in communications, journalism, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR, preferably within the tech ecosystem or senior public sector roles.
Extensive network: You possess a large, well-established "address book" of journalist contacts and media relationships.
Language skills: English at a native level is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
Strategic & Agile: Proven ability to move fast in a scaling organization while managing senior stakeholders and executives.
