About the role

Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle implementation projects from discovery through deployment
- Architect complex workflow automation and approval matrixes
- Design and configure dashboards and reporting solutions
- Lead data migration strategies and execution from legacy systems
- Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
- Execute system integrations with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Conduct business process analysis and optimization workshops
- Develop custom solutions using platform configuration tools
- Perform QA testing and validation of configured solutions
- Document technical specifications and configuration decisions
- Create and maintain system administration documentation
- Configure advanced routing rules and conditional logic
- Set up complex approval hierarchies and delegation rules
- Implement eSignature integrations and workflows
- Design custom fields and metadata structures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years experience implementing or administering contract management systems
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
- Experience with workflow design and business process optimization
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
