About the role

  • Spearhead full-cycle implementation projects from discovery through deployment
  • Architect complex workflow automation and approval matrixes
  • Design and configure dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Lead data migration strategies and execution from legacy systems
  • Create and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
  • Execute system integrations with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Conduct business process analysis and optimization workshops
  • Develop custom solutions using platform configuration tools
  • Perform QA testing and validation of configured solutions
  • Document technical specifications and configuration decisions
  • Create and maintain system administration documentation
  • Configure advanced routing rules and conditional logic
  • Set up complex approval hierarchies and delegation rules
  • Implement eSignature integrations and workflows
  • Design custom fields and metadata structures
  • Configure automated alerts and notifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience implementing or administering contract management systems
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
  • Experience with workflow design and business process optimization
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with API integrations and data migration
