Responsibilities
Customer-focused support: Together with our Account Managers, you look after our customers, further develop relationships, and introduce solutions from the PTC product range as well as MAIT's proprietary solutions and services.
By working closely with internal experts, you ensure that every project delivers the highest possible value to the customer.
You identify potential opportunities with customers, actively take part in sales activities and product campaigns, and thereby contribute to revenue generation and MAIT's target attainment.
Requirements
You want to gain initial experience in sales or expand your existing experience and ideally have knowledge in areas such as PLM and CAD.
With strong communication skills and a pronounced team spirit, you proactively drive solutions forward and can explain complex topics clearly.
Ideally, you hold completed vocational training or a degree in a business or technical field, or relevant further qualifications related to PTC, PLM, CAD, or similar.
