Customer Success Manager working to enhance contract quality for assigned Data Center customers in hybrid working environments. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders for efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
Primary customer contact for assigned customers from contract signing through contract end
Onboard new customers in close collaboration with other departments
Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments
Improve contract quality at existing data centers
Work with assigned customers on renewal options
Support incoming leads and contribute to new opportunities
Serve as the customer point of contact during regular review meetings
Closely monitor outstanding items for assigned customers
Collaborate with the Service Desk (e.g., regular coordination meetings)
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Experience in the data center environment and with colocation products
Technical understanding of colocation services (e.g., power, cooling, cabling, cabinets)
High attention to detail and strong planning skills required
Willingness to travel to customer meetings in Germany or the Netherlands
