About the role
- Using the SAP system the coordinator will generate, publish and complete all data entry needed for all Inventory reconciliation reporting.
- Maintain high internal customer service by answering emails, phone calls and all verbal requested linked to inventory and material accuracies.
- Assist in root cause analysis for discrepancies and assist in correcting them.
- Perform all duties pertaining to audits, cycle counts and research analysis.
Requirements
- Must have high school education.
- 1-3 years office experience, preferably in Inventory Control and materials management.
- Computer classes/proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and ability to work on other computer programs.
- Must have very good organizational skills, customer interaction skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to deal with a great deal of numerical data with accuracy.
