About the role

  • Ability to handle all aspects of accounts payable which includes processing invoices for payment, balancing batches and printing checks
  • Ability to research and respond to office and vendor inquiries
  • Special projects and additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related area
  • Proficient computer typing skills and knowledge of general computer software
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting functions
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or two years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
