  • Pre-Sales expert transitioning to Business Development Manager at Macquarie Cloud Services. Driving growth and managing customer relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer challenges, influence stakeholders and customers, and drive additional revenue within an existing account base.
  • Create and manage new Hosting opportunities, opening new account relationships and driving growth for the Cloud Services business.
  • Be the face of Macquarie Cloud and shape the experience provided to customer prospects and partners that directly influences revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Strong technical domain knowledge in the Managed Cloud Services industry
  • Experience supporting or participating in the sales cycle
  • A strong ability to influence decision makers with data, logic, and credibility
  • Strong customer-facing experience
  • Background from Managed Cloud Services Providers
