Responsibilities
- Handling medium- and high-complexity cases and strategic case portfolios;
- Drafting pleadings and other filings throughout the litigation process;
- Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Public Labor Prosecutor's Office);
- Conducting hearings and oral arguments;
- Providing counsel on routine matters and on specific projects.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed);
- Active OAB registration (bar membership in good standing);
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus;
- Experience in strategic litigation.
