About the role

  • Junior Labor Lawyer managing strategic legal cases in a top law firm. Involves drafting legal documents and representing clients in administrative and judicial spheres.

Responsibilities

  • Handling medium- and high-complexity cases and strategic case portfolios;
  • Drafting pleadings and other filings throughout the litigation process;
  • Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Public Labor Prosecutor's Office);
  • Conducting hearings and oral arguments;
  • Providing counsel on routine matters and on specific projects.

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed);
  • Active OAB registration (bar membership in good standing);
  • Advanced English proficiency is a plus;
  • Experience in strategic litigation.
