About the role

  • Legal Counsel managing corporate law operations for a leading audit network. Involved in complex legal writing and client relations in Strasbourg.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the management of simple and/or complex corporate law transactions.
  • Draft documents related to corporate life events (incorporations, amendments to articles of association, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations, etc.).
  • Draft documents related to restructuring operations (changes of control, transfers of businesses/assets, capital increases/reductions, mergers, partial asset contributions, TUP (universal transfer of assets), etc.).
  • Draft contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholders' agreements, leases, etc.).
  • Manage client relationships for assigned files and maintain direct contact with other departments and colleagues within the firm.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5), e.g. DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation.
  • Significant experience in a similar position, ideally gained within an accounting firm or a law firm.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team spirit and autonomy in managing assignments.
  • Rigor, client commitment, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
