Responsibilities
- Handle the management of simple and/or complex corporate law matters
- Provide technical support to colleagues and chartered accountants
- Draft documents related to corporate life events
- Draft documents related to restructuring transactions
- Draft contracts
- Supervise and/or take charge of the companies' annual legal matters
- Supervise and/or handle formalities related to completed transactions
- Manage client relationships for assigned files and liaise directly with all departments and staff of the firm
- Use POLYACTE software
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5) such as DJCE / DESS in Business Law and Taxation
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained in an accounting firm or a law firm
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, strong team spirit, and the ability to work autonomously in managing assignments
- Rigorous, client-focused, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
