Responsibilities
Lead technical pre-sales for BESS projects across Europe (with global project exposure)
Develop tailored solutions, proposals, and technical offers
Translate complex energy storage systems into clear business value for customers
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
Build strong, long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategy
Represent Lyten in technical presentations, meetings, and industry events
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project support within energy / BESS / renewables
You understand battery systems, energy storage applications, and grid/industrial use cases - including how ESS creates revenue streams
You can translate technical complexity into business language
You have experience with technical proposals, tenders, and system specifications
You communicate confidently in English
You hold a degree in Engineering, Electrical, Energy, or a related field
You’re proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
