About the role
- HR Expert coordinating HR processes and managing projects using Workday in Slovakia. Reporting and ensuring data integrity while leading HR initiatives and internal communication.
Responsibilities
- Zastrešovať HR procesy - analýzu, nastavovanie a zlepšovanie
- Koordinovať procesy onboardingu, riadenia výkonnosti, odmeňovania
- “Mastering” HR systému Workday na superuser úrovni
- Vytvárať reporty a kontrolovať integritu dát
- Koordinovať zamestnanecký prieskum
- Viesť HR projekty
- Koordinovať interný komunikačný plán a kampane
Requirements
- Skúseností so správou HRIS platformy Workday na expertnej úrovni
- Skúsenosť s C&B agendou a HR reportingom výhodou
- Silné analytické zručnosti a pokročilé znalosti Excelu
- Nadšenie pre (HR) technológie
- Štruktúrovaný prístup a doťahovanie vecí
- Schopnosť proaktívne riešiť problémy
- Profi komunikačné zručnosti a “can do” attitude
- Anglický jazyk na plynulej úrovni
