About the role

  • Manage marketing communication for Lyreco Hungary and develop B2B marketing for Nespresso Professional. Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PR activities with selected B2B media, selection of media, coordination, executing yearly plan
  • Organize local B2B events and coordinate Lyreco’s presence at major fairs and conferences
  • Plan and deliver B2B marketing activations to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in Hungary
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and key B2B media, PR, and event platforms
  • Help and support to create and coordinate content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), webshop, and newsletters in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
  • Implement POS and promotional materials and support product campaigns
  • Track performance, evaluate results, and share insights with internal stakeholders, work closely with Sales, Digital, Product, MarCom teams, and external partners
  • Support B2B marketing activities for Nespresso Professional in Hungary, where Lyreco is the exclusive distributor
  • Lead the planning and execution of local B2B activations, including digital and social media campaigns, events, product promotions, and POS materials
  • Organize and deliver B2B events in the Hungarian market
  • Help and support to create and coordinate content for digital channels (website, blog, LinkedIn, direct mail) in close with the Content Marketing and Digital teams
  • Implement local POS materials (brochures, leaflets, event assets)
  • Execute product promotion campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience preferably in B2B with strong expertise in brand communication, events, digital and social media, and content creation
  • Proven ability to independently own and deliver end-to-end marketing activities in a hands-on, one-person marketing role in Hungary
  • Creative yet structured thinker, able to turn ideas into execution without support resources
  • Excellent prioritization, project, and time-management skills, managing multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, working closely with Sales, Digital, Product teams, agencies, and regional/international partners
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership and decisions
  • Fluent English with strong presentation and communication skills for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel monthly to the regional HQ in Pezinok, Slovakia (2 days/month), while otherwise working remotely from a home office and attending local meetings in the Budapest office as needed
