Responsibilities
Support and onboard customers with the technical details of the trading software
Resolve customers' product-related questions about financial products by phone and e-mail
We do not conduct sales calls or cold calling – customers get in touch with you
Requirements
Interest in and potentially experience with international financial markets and products, for example through personal trading or study-related content
Confident communication skills when dealing with customers – experience is an advantage
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken – communication with our cooperation partner is in English
Proficient user of Office applications
