Responsibilities
Assist and onboard customers with the technical details of the trading software
Resolve customers’ product-related questions about financial instruments via phone and email
There are no sales calls or cold outreach with us – customers come to you
Requirements
Interest in and, ideally, experience with international financial markets and products, for example through personal trading or studies
Confident communication with customers – prior customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written – communication with our partner is in English
Proficient with Office applications
