About the role

  • Working Student Support Agent assisting customers with trading software technical details via phone and email. No sales conversations involved, customer inquiries come to you directly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and onboard customers with the technical details of the trading software
  • Resolve customers’ product-related questions about financial instruments via phone and email
  • There are no sales calls or cold outreach with us – customers come to you

Requirements

  • Interest in and, ideally, experience with international financial markets and products, for example through personal trading or studies
  • Confident communication with customers – prior customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written – communication with our partner is in English
  • Proficient with Office applications
