Responsibilities
- Lead the full financial planning cycle, including the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term planning.
- Develop and refine financial models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and agility across scenarios.
- Prepare detailed variance, trend, KPI, and business-driver analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
- Build management reports and executive presentations for the board and executive leadership.
- Implement processes, tools, and controls to strengthen financial governance.
- Act as a Business Partner, supporting business units in operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate the financial viability of projects, products, and investments (P&L analyses, cash flow, NPV, ROI).
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support critical short- and long-term decisions.
- Coordinate and develop the FP&A team, fostering an analytical mindset and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
- MBA, postgraduate degree, or professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial planning, or controllership, preferably in mid-to-large companies or high-complexity environments.
- Previous experience leading teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong command of financial modeling, KPI analysis, unit economics, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with ERP and planning systems.
- Understanding of accounting, financial standards, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL.
