About the role

  • Assistenz der Geschäftsführung in einem Drogentherapie-Zentrum in Berlin. Organisieren des Empfangs und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in verschiedenen Aufgabenbereichen.

Responsibilities

  • Organize the reception of the office and act as an interface between facility managers, employees and external contacts — including correspondence
  • Provide direct support to the executive management and assist with organizational matters
  • Independently handle administrative tasks and projects
  • Support the administrative team in human resources management and finance
  • Responsible for preparing and following up meetings and (video/hybrid) conferences, including taking minutes in some cases
  • Support the quality management officer and the data protection officer

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in office management, office communication, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in an assistant role or a comparable position
  • Enthusiasm for diverse tasks and a willingness to learn new things
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
