Responsibilities
Organize the reception of the office and act as an interface between facility managers, employees and external contacts — including correspondence
Provide direct support to the executive management and assist with organizational matters
Independently handle administrative tasks and projects
Support the administrative team in human resources management and finance
Responsible for preparing and following up meetings and (video/hybrid) conferences, including taking minutes in some cases
Support the quality management officer and the data protection officer
Requirements
Completed vocational training in office management, office communication, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in an assistant role or a comparable position
Enthusiasm for diverse tasks and a willingness to learn new things
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
